I would like there to be more delicious food in the world that my friends can eat, especially those friends who have various dietary restrictions. To that end, I’m using this space to share my recipes and process information: not just how to make the food, but how I got there and what I’m trying next.
My only expertise in this area is a bunch of experience and practice — I’m sure there’s more to learn, and I love trying new recipes and new techniques.
